Welcome to the Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) website! Here at DCAS, our mission is clear: to make city government work for all New Yorkers.
From strengthening our municipal hiring processes, to advancing major decarbonization efforts, to upgrading our municipal fleet into the safest and greenest in the nation, and so much more, here at DCAS, we strive to exemplify innovative and effective service.
