Citizen Participation Plan

Overview

The City invites public participation in all of its CDBG and CDBG-DR-funded programs. The City will hold public hearings and/or solicit public comments for specific activities, such as Action Plan Amendments and environmental reviews, though comments and complaints are accepted anytime. Comments may be submitted as follows: 

• Electronically via email to CDBGcomments@omb.nyc.gov.
• Written comments may be mailed to: Community Development Unit, Office of Management and Budget, 255 Greenwich Street, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10007.
• By leaving a message at (212) 788-8283.
