Community Project Funding
HUD’s Office of Community Planning and Development, Office of Economic Development - Congressional Grants Division is responsible for the administration of congressionally-directed spending grants under the Economic Development Initiative - Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending awards known as Community Project Funding (CPF) grants. Upon request, the New York City Office of Management and Budget may serve as the Responsible Entity for these projects, solely for the purpose of completing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental review.

Environmental Review Records (ERRs), including site location information and public notices, will be posted on this page for projects and activities that fall under the Categorically Excluded Subject to Section 58.5 (CEST), Environmental Assessment (EA), and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) level of review.
