Ida Procurements and Contracts

Overview and Policies

The recovery efforts supported by CDBG-DR provide many contracting opportunities. On this page, you can find information on the City's procurement policies as well as links to contracting opportunities.

The City and its many partner agencies administering NYC’s CDBG-DR funds must adhere to both federal and local procurement rules. In practice, this means all CDBG-DR-funded contracts, no matter the contracting agency, must be procured according to the federal standards at 2 CFR 200, NYC's Procurement Policy Board rules, and other requirements imposed in Federal Register notices that apply to the program.
