The Commission designates the following representative as authorized to receive complaints required to be served under section 8-502(c) of the New York City Administrative Code (the City Human Rights Law):

The Commission also permits plaintiffs to upload complaints in PDF form as an alternative to emailing, in which case you will receive a confirmatory email of the fact you submitted the complaint. Please note that this service does not send a copy to the Office of the Corporation Counsel.
