Monthly Board Meeting

Community Board 4 meets on the third Wednesday of the month (except July and August) at 6:00pm via Zoom. At these meetings board members address items of concern to the community. Board meetings are open to the public and a portion of each meeting is reserved for the Board to hear from members of the public.

Committee Meetings

The Board currently has 8 committees, including Arts/Culture/Technology, Civic/Public Safety/Religious, District Office, Economic Development + Permits and Licenses, Environmental Protection/Transportation/Sanitation + Parks and Recreation, Health/Human Service/Senior Citizens/Veterans, Housing and Land Use, and Youth and Education. The committees generally meet at least once every other month or as needed. District Service Cabinet Meetings

Community Board 4 also holds a District Service Cabinet meeting on the second Wednesday of the month at 10:30am. All agency liaisons are invited to share updates and important announcements at the meeting. The District Manager similarly reports on any issues that need additional attention from city agencies and/or local elected officials.
