The Board of Correction’s May 4, 2023 meeting was cancelled.
Time: 3:30 PM
The Board will hold a special executive session meeting on May 4, 2023, at 3:30 PM. The meeting will exclusively consist of an executive session to discuss a proposed litigation matter.
Pursuant to Public Officers Law § 103-a(3), prior to entering executive session, the Board will present and vote on a resolution to allow this meeting to proceed solely through videoconferencing means, based upon the Mayor of the City of New York’s State of Emergency last extended for 30 days by Executive Order No. 387 dated April 20, 2023.
Members of the public can view the brief public portion of the meeting via their computer (preferred) or phone. Members of the public can also livestream the opening of the meeting via YouTube below. Please note that, once convened, the public will not be able to view the executive session.
