In advance of releasing a request for proposals, the NYC Administration for Children’s Services offers this Concept Paper as a statement of our vision and goals for the future of Prevention Services in NYC. We seek feedback from the community on the concepts in our Concept Paper, which are rooted in research, stakeholder engagement and our agency’s experience delivering prevention services. All comments in response to the concept paper should be in writing via e-mail to: Prevention-CP@acs.nyc.gov
