2025 Medicare Part B reimbursements were issued during the third week of April 2026. Please check your bank account/statement (or the mail, if you are receiving a physical check).

Effective January 1, 2026, the City of New York is offering a new health plan, the NYCE PPO.
Information and update regarding the Medicare Advantage Plan - June 20, 2025: Mayor Adams stated the City has decided not to move forward with the Medicare Advantage plan at this time.
