Kings County Hospital Center has an active Community Advisory Board (CAB) of 20 dedicated community volunteers who reach out to get the views of the community and represent them in the hospital's decision-making process. They also inform the community about the goals and objectives of the hospital and its health centers.

The Chairperson of the Kings County Hospital CAB is Ms. Agnes Abraham.
