Patients Update

Statement from NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation

The 5-yr old patient who is receiving care at HHC Bellevue Hospital Center has been fully cleared after a negative Ebola test. His fever was caused by a respiratory illness that was confirmed by a lab test. He will be removed from isolation and will remain hospitalized at Bellevue.

The patient with Ebola, Dr. Spencer, remains in serious but stable condition.
