Enjoy the beautiful Fort Tryon Park as it commands sweeping views of the Palisades and the Hudson River from soaring cliffs of bedrock in northern Manhattan. Past encounters include a variety of birds such as bald eagles and ruby-throated hummingbirds. Accessible Birding
Fort Tryon, Manhattan, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Enjoy the beautiful Fort Tryon Park as it commands sweeping views of the Palisades and the Hudson River from soaring cliffs of bedrock in northern Manhattan. Past encounters include a variety of birds such as bald eagles and ruby-throated hummingbirds. This walk will follow accessible friendly routes on well-paved walkways that are suitable for birders with strollers, carriages, wheelchairs, walkers, canes etc. Accessibility is enhanced by your birding guide who will offer augmentative and alternative communication pamphlets, Braille pamphlets, and plush birds.
