Municipal Advisor Disclosure

TSASC, Inc. ("TSASC") has retained the following municipal advisors: Acacia Financial Group, Inc. ("Acacia") and PFM Financial Advisors LLC (“PFM”). TSASC is represented by, and will rely on, Acacia and PFM to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance of municipal securities and municipal financial products generally (including investments of bond proceeds and escrow investments). The contact person at Acacia is Noreen White. The contact person at PFM is Daniel Kozloff. TSASC's contracts with Acacia and PFM extend through September 30, 2024; accordingly, this certificate may be relied upon until such date or until its earlier withdrawal (notice of which will be posted on this website). If a proposal received will be seriously considered by TSASC, TSASC will share the proposal with its municipal advisors. TSASC makes no representation as to the independence of its municipal advisors with respect to any individual municipal market participant.
