Christian J. Klossner is the Executive Director of the Office of Special Enforcement (OSE). He previously served for over five years as the deputy director of the District of Columbia's Office of Police Complaints (OPC), where he oversaw the agency's investigative, adjudication, mediation, outreach, and administrative activities. Prior to joining OPC, he worked as an assistant district attorney in the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor of New York City and the Office of the Bronx District Attorney. He also served as an adjunct professor of trial advocacy at his alma mater, Fordham University School of Law. Before earning his J.D. from Fordham, Mr. Klossner worked as a campaign organizer, lobbyist, and staff supervisor with the New York Public Interest Research Group.
Aron M. Zimmerman is the Legal Director of the Office of Special Enforcement (OSE), supervising OSE’s Legal Team in all aspects of the Office’s affirmative, defensive, and administrative litigation. Prior to joining OSE, he litigated complex civil actions in private practice in state and federal court, and served as a director and pro bono general counsel for a not-for-profit preschool in Brooklyn. He also served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lois Bloom, Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York. Mr. Zimmerman earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Diandra A. Clinton is the Director for Registration at the Office of Special Enforcement (OSE). Ms. Clinton most recently served as an Assistant General Counsel at the New York City Department of Transportation, where she provided legal guidance on a variety of legal matters, including issues related to the Americans with Disabilities Act. Prior to working at DOT, she served at the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) as an Assistant General Counsel handling an array of legal and regulatory matters as well as an Administrative Enforcement Unit Attorney prosecuting violations of the New York City Construction Codes before the City’s Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings. She has also worked as a pro bono trial attorney at the Children’s Law Center. Ms. Clinton earned her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
