Neighborhood 360° Grants

Neighborhood 360° grants provide funding to nonprofit organizations to address key findings and commercial revitalization opportunities identified in a Commercial District Needs Assessment (CDNA).

Grants support projects that strengthen and revitalize the streets, small businesses, and community-based organizations that anchor New York City neighborhoods. Grants are awarded to community-based organizations (CBOs) in eligible neighborhoods for organizations to staff, plan, and implement customized commercial revitalization programs over multiple years!

Neighborhood 360° Grant Opportunities

Grants will be used to address unique local needs in specific neighborhoods that have been identified through a series of surveys, observations, and stakeholder interviews through a Commercial District Needs Assessment.

In City Fiscal Year 2027, the Neighborhood 360° Grant is focused on the targeted neighborhoods of Forest Hills, Queens, and Fort Greene & Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.

Grants of up to $200,000 per year will be awarded to nonprofit organizations to serve the targeted commercial districts. These multi-year grants (up to 3 years) will provide dedicated funding for a full-time program manager to help the selected organizations develop, execute, and manage high-quality commercial revitalization services.

Who Can Apply
