A FOIL request is a request of Agency records or documents.

Identify and describe the records or documents you are seeking as precisely and specifically as possible:

• Name or title of the document
• Type of document
• File or document number
• Applicable date(s)
• Any other relevant information to help identify the documents

How to Make a Request

All Freedom of Information Law ("FOIL") requests to the New York City Department of Small Business Services should be submitted via NYC OpenRecords. Select "Department of Small Business Services (SBS)" from the agency dropdown menu.
