Free Phase IIs

OER has federal funds to investigate and cleanup public and private property in New York City.

The office has funds from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for Phase I and Phase II studies of public sites and sites controlled by community based organizations seeking to develop new buildings in their communities.

OER also has federal funds to remediate sites where the city Department of Housing Preservation and Development is financing construction of affordable or supportive housing.
