Community Response Teams

Community Response Teams (CRT) is a contingent of police officers that addresses persistent crime and pattern offenses throughout the city. Falling within the Patrol Services Bureau, CRT is directly monitored to ensure compliance with Departmental policies and regulations, while resolving long-term neighborhood issues that require coordination and regular follow up. Citywide CRT deploy directly to any part of the city where crime conditions or neighborhood concerns necessitate immediate attention.
