Board Meeting Schedule and Agenda

Our Public Hearing for the Loft Board’s Proposed rules will held on March 19, 2026 at 2pm at 22 Reade Street, New York, NY 10007 in the 1st Floor Conference room (Spector Hall).

Please note that there is limited in-person availability with a maximum capacity of Fifty (50) people.

Upon arrival at 22 Reade Street, please sign-in and retrieve a number from the Secretary of the Loft Board. The order of testimony will be first-come first serve. Each person will be permitted to testify for three minutes. You can also provide written comments to the Secretary of the Board at the hearing, or you can email your comments to nycloftboard@buildings.nyc.gov.
