City of New York – Municipal Advisor Disclosure

The City has entered into agreements with municipal advisors, a special projects advisor, and a swap advisor who will represent the City and who the City will rely on to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance and pricing of municipal securities and municipal financial products generally (including investments of bond proceeds and escrow investments).

Through June 30, 2028, Public Resources Advisory Group, Inc. (“PRAG”) and Frasca & Associates, LLC (“Frasca”) will serve as municipal advisors to the City. The contact person at PRAG is Steven Peyser. The contact person at Frasca is Marvin Sun. Through June 30, 2028, Acacia Financial Group, Inc. (“Acacia”) will serve as municipal advisor to the City with respect to special projects related to the City. The contact person at Acacia is Noreen White. Through September 30, 2025, Mohanty Gargiulo LLC (“Mohanty”) will serve as swap advisor to the City. The contact person at Mohanty is Seema Mohanty.

Accordingly, this certificate may be relied upon until the expiration of the above referenced agreements, or until its earlier withdrawal (notice of which will be posted on this website). If a proposal received will be seriously considered by the City, the City will share the proposal with its appropriate municipal advisor(s) and/or swap advisor. The City makes no representation as to the independence of its municipal advisors or swap advisor with respect to any individual municipal market participant.
