or call 311 and say, "Immigration Legal,"  to get answers to immigration policy questions and information on how and where to find City-funded, free, and safe immigration legal help.

New Hours Of Operation
Starting Wednesday, January 21st, MOIA's Immigration Legal Support Hotline will have extended hours of operation during the week, and new Saturday hours starting January 31st. 

Weekday Hours (Starting Wednesday, January 21st):

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday Hours (Starting January 31st):

• Available the last Saturday of each month, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The MOIA Immigration Legal Support Hotline helps eligible New York City residents find trusted immigration legal help in the five boroughs. The Hotline does not provide legal services directly and they do not schedule callers for appointments.

The Hotline may be able to show you where to find a trusted provider after you provide some information. Please note that even if you contact a MOIA program partner, due to high demand, it is not guaranteed that someone will take your case on for full representation. You also may not be able to receive a screening.
