Bulkhead and Cofferdam Inspections: SW Bklyn MTS
DSNY provides reports to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) in compliance with the NYSDEC Permit # 2-6106-00002/00022 for the Southwest Brooklyn Marine Transfer Station on inspection and maintenance of the integrity of the bulkhead as well as inspection and maintenance of sand fill material in the cellular cofferdam.
