ARTS E-file has been in operation for the past five (5) years. When ARTS E-file was launched, the Department continued to maintain the old ARTS database for project closeout purposes. During the past five years, the Department has continued to scan and upload the executed ACP-15 forms / ATR1 Report forms for project closeout upon request. However, we can no longer continue to support this process. Consequently, the old ARTS database will be closed permanently on October 31, 2022. Applicants will no longer have access to their old ARTS account.

Applicants should download historical project information prior to October 31, 2022. Going forward, all asbestos project form inquiries maybe submitted through the NYC Open Records FOIL process.
