Referral Sources

A Referral Source is a provider of employment recruitment services authorized by the Office of Community Hiring (OCH) to connect Community Hires to City vendors with Community Hiring Goals.

Through Community Hiring, Referral Sources will have access to a broad and diverse pipeline of job opportunities to connect their qualified clients. Referral Sources play a crucial role in connecting vendors to qualified talent to help vendors achieve their Community Hiring Goal.
