Alexis Spencer

Lexi Spencer, MPH (she/her) is the Manager of Participatory Budgeting Projects at the NYC Civic Engagement Commission, where she collaborates with communities and local non-profits across NYC to design, implement, and monitor community-driven projects funded through the citywide Participatory Budgeting process.

She is a public health professional and community organizer with a background in research, policymaking, advocacy, and project management. Across her work with NGOs, academia, and city government, Lexi has focused on addressing social determinants of health and leveraging community engagement to inform the design and implementation of health interventions.
