Jin Hyun Bae, Korean

Jin Hyun Bae is a Queens resident and a native of South Korea, who speaks three languages. As Special Advisor for the Programs and Services Department at Queens Public Library (QPL), she coordinates library-wide civic engagement projects, such as voter engagement and community conversations. Her prior work, at QPL, the YMCA, and GMHC, was dedicated to serving New Americans and adult learners. She holds degrees from the University of Oxford, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and New York University.
