Hillary Carelli-Donnell

Hillary (they/them) serves as the Director of Participatory Budgeting for the Civic Engagement Commission. Hillary has worked for over 10 years in community based program design and delivery focusing primarily on youth leadership development, youth civic engagement and after-school programming. Prior to their role as Director, Hillary served at the CEC as the PB Coordinator for Brooklyn.

Hailing from the Alabama Gulf Coast, Hillary holds a BA in Political Economy from Tulane University in New Orleans and an MA in Political Science from the CUNY Graduate Center. Hillary is a proud Brooklyn resident!
