Frank Perez

Frank Perez is a Queens native and proud Mexican American who serves as a New York City Council appointee. He is a graduate of the New York City public school system and Baruch College, where he earned a B.B.A. in Finance. Frank began his career in public service at the age of 19 through the CUNY Service Corps and has nearly a decade of experience in government, with a focus on community outreach and civic engagement. He currently serves as Deputy Director of Emergency Services and Participatory Budgeting in the Office of the Speaker at the New York City Council.
