Emma Dillon

Emma Dillon has been with the NYC Civic Engagement Commission for two years, keeping the agency's budgets balanced and spirits high. As Budget Director, she makes sure every dollar finds its purpose—whether it's supporting community programs, strengthening civic engagement, or just making sure the math adds up.

While mastering the art of spreadsheets by day, Emma is also pursuing her Master's in Public Administration at Baruch College, where she's honing her skills to make public service even more impactful. She lives on the Upper East Side, loves discovering new music, and is always hosting cozy get-togethers that bring people together—because for Emma, building community is what it's all about, both in and outside the office.
