Badr Alsaidi

Badr Alsaidi is a public servant and equity-driven leader committed to advancing language access and inclusive civic engagement. He currently serves as a Grants Manager at the NYC Department of Social Services, supporting community-based organizations and ensuring public resources are delivered effectively and equitably.

His experience spans frontline public engagement, grants and contract oversight, and cross-sector collaboration. Badr has co-founded cultural nonprofit organizations, led community mobilization efforts, and advised elected officials on constituent services and small business advocacy, with a strong focus on immigrant and limited-English-proficient communities.
