Addendum To Capital Funding
For Not-For-Profit Organizations for FY 2027

A broken formula was discovered on the fillable PDF form “11. Application- Real Property Acquisition” for Non-Cultural Organizations. Please note that the “Summary of Non-City Funding” Formula on page 18 of the PDF form has been repaired. The corrected form is now available for download from the Home tab of this website. If your Organization is seeking funding for an Acquisition project and has not yet uploaded the “11. Application- Real Property Acquisition” application form, please download and fill out the corrected form. If your Organization has already uploaded the “11. Application- Real Property Acquisition” application form, you may be asked to submit the corrected form at a later date.

Additionally, please note that City Council District 3 is currently vacant. A special election to replace former Councilmember Erik Bottcher will be held on April 28, 2026. If your Organization wishes to request funding from the next District 3 Councilmember, please select “Council Member – (District 3)” from the dropdown list of Councilmembers on the CapGrants portal. Applications submitted to former CM Bottcher’s office will be directed to the next District 3 Councilmember after the special election. The fillable PDF application forms will not be updated to remove former CM Bottcher’s name or to add the new Councilmember’s name after the special election.
