Each hearing begins with an Executive Review session followed by a Public Hearing session. We invite applicant teams and members of the public to participate either virtually or in-person.

The Board of Standards and Appeals has adopted the proposed modification to its rules regarding Targeted Affordable Housing Projects (TAHP) pursuant to NYC Charter § 666-a, effective on June 17, 2026.
