Thank you for contacting Brooklyn Community Board 9. Our intake form is used to collect constituent and public feedback/ complaints relating to service delivery and quality of life. On this form, you can submit for assistance with: 311 service request, FOIL request, join CB9 weekly e-blast, suggestion/ feedback for the Board, invitation, budgetary/ policy proposal or even compliment the work we are doing.
