January 8, 2026.  On January 8, 2026 at 5.30PM the Youth committee will be meeting at Harmony Hub.  Harmony Hub is located at 2001A Creston Avenue.  Bronx, NY.  10457.

January 8, 2026.  On January 8, 2026 at 6:00PM, the Municipal Services committee will meet at the Davidson Community Center.  The Center is located at 2038 Davidson Avenue.  Bronx, NY.  10453.

January 9, 2026.  On January 9, 2026 at 3:00PM the Health and Human Services committee will meet at The Bronx Works Morris Heights Senior Center, located at 80 East 181st Street.  Bronx, NY.  10453.

January 12, 2026.  The Economic Development committee will be meeting on January 12, 2026 at 6PM.  The meeting will be held in the conference of Union Community Health Center. The Center is located at 200 East 188th Street. Bronx, NY.

January 13, 2026.  On January 13, 2026 at 6:00Pm the Veterans Committee will be meeting at the Davidson Center.  The Center is located at 2038 Davidson Avenue. Bronx, NY.

January 14, 2026.  The Executive Committee will be meeting on January 14, 2026 at 6PM.  The meeting will be held at the Davidson Community Center.  The Center is located at 2038 Davidson Avenue. Bronx, NY.

January 15, 2026.  The Housing Committee will be meeting on January 15, 2026 at 6PM.  The meeting will be held at the Davidson Community Center.  The Center is located at 2038 Davidson Avenue. Bronx, NY.

January 15, 2026.  On January 15, 2026 at 6:45Pm the Land Use committee will be meeting at the Davidson Center. The Center is located at 2038 Davidson Avenue.

As residents of the Community Board 5 area we are committed to continue to strenghten our neighborhoods. We believe that a stronger community is more likely to be a safe, happy place for its residents, businesses, and families to live and grow in. Community Board 5 and surrounding areas offer valuable resources which include great shopping districts such as Fordham Road, Burnside Avenue, University Avenue, Tremont Avenue, Jerome Avenue, and Grand Concourse. Also, there is a great variety of organizations in our area that offer invaluable services to our community.

Community Board 5 is always looking for ways to serve you better and will continue to work to improve the quality of life in the district. However, as a stakeholder in your Community your civic pride and participation is important. Therefore, please attend our General Board meetings and inform us about your needs and concerns. Community Board 5 meetings are held every fourth Wednesday of each month* beginning in September through June. You can also participate in the board's committees.
