Richard “Rich” Reynoso was born in the South Bronx near Yankee Stadium, but he has called Pelham Parkway his home for over 26 years. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in sociology from Binghamton University.
Currently, Rich is the Chief Lending Officer at Accompany Capital where he leads all efforts related to lending including marketing, outreach, underwriting, structuring, closing, monitoring, problem solving, servicing of loans, and if necessary, collections and loan workouts. He is an accomplished finance professional whose previous roles have included Director of Portfolio Management at Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC) where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of loans, bonds, and tax credit transactions, and Vice President of Portfolio Management at First Citizens Bank where he managed risk for middle and large market healthcare real estate transactions; as well as roles at Barclays Capital, Bank of Tokyo-MUFG, and Citigroup Private Bank where he gained expertise in credit risk management and structured lending.
Rich is an avid runner, having multiple marathons under his belt, and an ardent student of economics, finance and current events. He was appointed to Community Board 11 in 2020 by Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr.
