Richard Reynoso's Biography

Richard “Rich” Reynoso was born in the South Bronx near Yankee Stadium, but he has called Pelham Parkway his home for over 24 years. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in sociology from Binghamton University.

Currently, Rich is the Director of Portfolio Management for the Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC), which he joined in early 2020. He plays a central role in the growth and expansion of PCDC’s lending practice. Prior to this, he was CIT Bank’s VP of Portfolio Management for its Healthcare Investment Banking group. With an extensive background in credit, finance and banking, he previously has worked for the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, Barclays Capital, Citi Private Bank and one NYC-based community development financial institution.

Rich is an avid runner, having multiple marathons under his belt, and an ardent student of economics, finance and current events. He was appointed to Community Board 11 in 2020 by Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr.
