Juan Luciano's Biography

Juan Luciano is an attorney who takes pride in serving the CB11 community, of which he has been a resident since 2008. He was first appointed to the Board in 2023 by Borough President Gibson, and he successfully chaired the Economic Development Committee from 2024 to 2025.
