Andrea Siegel is a graduate of Lehman College with a bachelor’s degree in history and sociology.
She is a founding member of the Pelham Parkway Neighborhood Association and its former President. A member of the Liberty Democratic Association, Age-friendly Neighborhood Initiative Advisory Committee, Albanian-American Open Hand Association, National Council of Jewish Women, and the Chairperson of Bronx House Senior Advisory Board, Andrea is also the Assistant Secretary of the 49th NYPD Precinct Community Council and the former female 80th Assembly District Leader. She joined Community Board 11 in 2011.
In 2016, she was selected by the Bronx Times-Reporter for their 25 Influential Women Award and has been honored by State Senator Jeffrey Klein, City Councilman Mark Gjonaj and Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. for her community involvement and dedication.
Andrea resides in the Pelham Parkway section of the Bronx, which has been her home for over 35 years.
