Materials Posted After Meeting

The Board will accept public comment on the variance requests near the beginning of the meeting and on any other topic at the end of the meeting. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes. If you would like to sign up to speak during the public comment section of the meeting, please register for the event (instructions below) by 9:00AM on May 11, 2021. If you would like to speak during the public comment period, please connect to the meeting via your computer. If you would like to provide public comment but are not able to register for the event and participate via computer, please email boc@boc.nyc.gov or call 212-669-7900 for participation instructions.

To access via computer: Go to our WebEx Event Page. On the top left side of the screen, click 'Register' and fill out the form. If you would like to speak during the public comment section of the meeting, please indicate this on the registration form. If you need a reasonable accommodation or language interpreter, please indicate this on the registration form. Once you fill out the form, you will be emailed an event password to use to join the event along with a link to 'Join event'.

If you sign up to speak, Chair Jones Austin will call your name during the public comment period. When you hear your name, please 'Raise Your Hand' on WebEx, using the small hand icon under the participants list (if you don't see the participants lists, click the silhouette of a person in the middle of the menu bar). Once you raise your hand, you will be un-muted and able to turn on your camera. You will then be able to provide public comment. To access via phone: Call 408-418-9388. You will be prompted to enter an access code. The access code is 179 504 9880.

Additionally, the Board welcomes written comment prior to or after the meeting. Written comments can be emailed to boc@boc.nyc.gov.
