In-Person Access

In-person Location: 125 Worth Street, Second Floor Auditorium, New York, NY 10013

Join our meeting in-person at 125 Worth Street, Second Floor Auditorium, New York, NY 10013. Registration is not required for in-person attendance. If you are interested in speaking during the public comment period, you will have the option to sign-up immediately upon entering the auditorium. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per attendee. Additionally, the Board welcomes written comments prior to or after the meeting. Written comments can be emailed to boc@boc.nyc.gov.

Attendees are asked to take the following precautions:

Access Via Computer

Go to our WebEx Meeting Registration and complete the registration form. If you need a reasonable accommodation or language interpreter, please indicate this on the registration form. Once you fill out the form, you will be emailed a calendar invite with an embedded link to 'Join Event'.

Registering for the Public Comment Period: If you would like to speak during the public comment section of the meeting, please (1) complete the registration form by 7:00AM on the morning of the meeting, (2) select the option to speak during the public comment period on the registration form, and (3) join the meeting via computer (or in-person).
During the Public Comment Period: If you signed up to speak during the public comment period, the Chair will call your name at which time we ask that you use the "hand raise" feature on WebEx. You can access this feature by clicking the small hand icon under the participants list (if you don't see the participants lists, click the silhouette of a person in the middle of the menu bar). Once you raise your hand, you will be elevated to a 'Panelist' for all attendees to see. You are encouraged to turn on your camera but not required. Now, please unmute yourself and share your comments. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per attendee.
Alternatives: If you would like to provide public comment but are unable to register for the event or participate via computer, please email boc@boc.nyc.govor call 212-669-7900 for participation instructions. Additionally, the Board welcomes written comment prior to or after the meeting. Written comments can be emailed to boc@boc.nyc.gov.
