Pursuant to Mayoral Executive Order No. 16, the Board of Correction must report to the NYC Department of Investigation (DOI) an allegation of sexual abuse, use of excessive and/or unnecessary use of force, or conduct involving corrupt or other criminal activity or conflict of interest by a staff member, contractor or volunteer who works in or delivers services to people incarcerated in facilities operated by the NYC Department of Correction (DOC)
