Child Care Voucher Submission Portal

Please complete one entry for each child you are submitting a voucher for.

This portal is for ACS Vouchers (CFWB-049) only. ACS will review the requested documents and forms and mail a child enrollment notice to you and your chosen child care provider once your enrollment is finalized. This process can take up to 6 weeks depending on the type of provider you select and if they’re already known to ACS. Please do not resubmit vouchers, as duplicate submissions can delay the enrollment process.

The date a child can be enrolled with a child care provider or program using an ACS voucher depends on the:

1. Issue date of their voucher,
2. when they began attending care, and
3. having any necessary approvals.
