Planned Care Visit
The Planned Care visit is a time-saving, comprehensive visit for new mothers-to-be. We combined multiple visits into one day, offering greater flexibility for working moms. The visit begins at 8:30 am and ends by 12:30 pm and includes:

• group education by the Community Coordinator for Prenatal Services, a health educator, and a nutritionist
  
  
• a confidential session with a social worker and HIV counselor
  
  
• financial counseling and insurance application assistance for those patients without any medical insurance
  
  
• a tour of our state-of-the-art Labor and Delivery Room and Postpartum Unit
  
  
• laboratory blood work
  
  
• if possible, a visit with a medical provider in the afternoon
