Donating to MFTA presents a triple win for donors. You help thousands of organizations by providing them with useful materials. You keep items from heading to the landfill and you receive a thank you letter for tax purposes. It is a sustainable way to support the arts and educational communities in NYC and contribute to a greener environment.
We strive to take as many items as we can. However, there are items we DO NOT accept or require pre-approval for.
For items that cannot be accepted by Materials for the Arts or require pre-approval, we encourage you to explore organizations that may be able to give your items a second life through donation or reuse.
