Obtaining Health Coverage

Obtaining Health Coverage
If you are not currently covered by an insurance plan, you may still schedule an appointment with one of our physicians. At the time of your appointment, a financial counselor will meet with you and determine your eligibility for various insurance and payment options. A variety of options are available depending on your age, immigration status, and income. Everyone, regardless of ability to pay, can obtain financial assistance to see a provider at one of our facilities.

  • To schedule an appointment, call (718) 388-5889.

  • If you are a physician and would like to refer a patient for a specialty or diagnostic appointment, call (718) 963-8444.
