Strategic Steps for Growth Media and Entertainment Industry Program Application

Strategic Steps for Growth (SS4G) is an eight-month executive business education program designed for media, entertainment and technology firms that want to grow their business.

All applicants must have an ownership stake in their business. To be eligible to apply for the Media, Entertainment, and Technology Industry program, a business must fit certain criteria:

Must be in the media, entertainment, or technology industry or an allied industry
Must have been operating for at least one year, with revenues of between $150,000 and $10 million during the most recent year (exceptions to this requirement will be reviewed)
Must have at least one employee (not including the business owner)
Must be headquartered or have a main office within the five boroughs of New York City, or have a significant tie to the City’s business community

Strategic Steps for Growth Minority- and Woman-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Program Application

Strategic Steps for Growth (SS4G) is an eight-month executive business education program designed for Minority-and Woman-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) that want to grow their business.

All applicants must have an ownership stake in their business. To be eligible to apply for the Strategic Steps for Growth M/WBE program, a business must fit certain criteria:

Must be certified by New York City as a Minority or Woman-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) OR submit your application to become M/WBE-certified by the start of the course
Must have been operating for at least three years, with revenues of between $500,000 and $10 million during the most recent year (exceptions to this requirement will be reviewed)
Must have at least one full-time employee (not including the business owner)

Strategic Steps for Growth (SS4G) is an eight-month executive business education program designed for independent heathcare providers that want to grow their practice.

All applicants must have an ownership stake in their healthcare business. To be eligible to apply for the Independent Physicians program, a healthcare business must fit certain criteria:

Must be an independent private or group practice, not affiliated with a hospital
Must have been operating for at least one year
Must have at least one full-time employee (not including the business owner)
Must be headquartered or have a main office within the five boroughs of New York City
