Event preparation for Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Run and Festival will take place overnight with one tube of the tunnel closed from 10 pm on Saturday, September 28 through 7:45 am, Sunday, September 29. One lane will remain open in each direction in the remaining tube during this time
