Muslims Employed in City Corrections Association

The mission of the Muslims employed in City Corrections Association is to establish a viable strong and dynamic presence for Muslims within the NYC Department of Correction.  The association promotes pluralism through interaction with departmental staff of various cultures and faith.  In addition, they serve the spiritual, social, educational and professional needs of our members.  Our aim is to provide an active support system for our members by working towards just remedies to their grievances and problems. In addition they also create effective programs, and educational seminars that will educate people about Islam.
