The Hudson Yards Infrastructure Corporation does not have a schedule of regular meetings but anticipates hosting meetings each year in April, to approve the budget, and September, to approve the audited financial statements. Additional meetings may be scheduled throughout the year.

Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Members of the Hudson Yards Infrastructure Corporation (the “Corporation”) is expected to be held on May 12, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at 255 Greenwich Street, New York, New York 10007, Conference Room 6-M4.
Members must attend the meetings in person. Members of the public, however, may attend in person or join remotely via this Microsoft Teams link, with Meeting ID 234 969 368 079 and passcode km9pk9ZY, or by telephone, at 347-566-8051 and Phone Conference ID: 659 426 080#.
The Members meeting is to be followed by a meeting of the Audit Committee, to be followed by a meeting of the Governance Committee, to be followed by a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation. The order of these meetings is subject to change.
