The Hudson Yards Infrastructure Corporation does not have a schedule of regular meetings but anticipates hosting meetings each year in April, to approve the budget, and September, to approve the audited financial statements. Additional meetings may be scheduled throughout the year.

Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Members of the Hudson Yards Infrastructure Corporation (the “Corporation”) is scheduled for Monday, September 22, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., in Room 6-M4 at 255 Greenwich Street, New York, New York 10007, which may be attended in person or remotely via Microsoft Teams, with Meeting ID 220 181 056 856 7 and passcode 7d7gv3Wt, or by telephone, at 347-566-8051 and Phone Conference ID: 993 195 894#. The meeting of the Members is to be followed by a meeting of the Audit Committee, to be followed by a meeting of the Governance Committee, to be followed by a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation. The order of these meetings is subject to change.
