Housing New York Map

The Housing New York Map displays the units, buildings, and projects that are counted toward the Housing New York plan. This data is updated quarterly.

Certain types of projects to assist homeowners or special populations are not displayed on the map to protect the privacy of residents. You can view unit counts for these projects by clicking the “Homeowner Assistance and Other Confidential Units by Community District” icons.

The map is based on the Housing New York by Buildings dataset available in City's open data portal. The map lists “Counted Units,” which are affordable, regulated units counted toward the Housing New York Plan. Counted units are shown by affordability, bedroom size, and occupancy type.

This map is limited to the Housing New York plan and is not intended to represent all affordable housing (nor public housing) in the City.
