NEW YORK CITY DISTRICTING COMMISSION SCHEDULES PUBLIC HEARING TO VOTE ON RESOLUTION ON VIDEOCONFERENCING UNDER OPEN MEETINGS LAW FRIDAY, JULY 15th
WHO: The New York City Districting Commission responsible for redrawing a new City Council plan.
WHAT: The New York City Districting Commission is holding a public hearing on a resolution to use videoconferencing for its meetings under Open Meetings Law.
WHERE: 22 Reade Street, first floor, NY, NY 10007
WHEN: Friday, July 15th, 11:00 a.m.
WHY: The New York Open Meetings Law was amended to provide that members of the NYC Districting Commission may, upon adoption of a resolution, use videoconferencing to participate and conduct its meetings. The Commission will hold a public hearing on the adoption of such a resolution.
